Work station interior design is the core part of an office interior design in modern days. It is the heart of an organization. The workstation is the place where your employees spend most of their time. So you have to design work-friendly environments for your workers. It will give satisfaction to your workers, and as a result, it will increase productivity. Most of the employees in Bangladesh rate their office according to the environment of the office workstation.
In the past when the desk was invented for office workstations, every company tried to fill the space with as many chairs as they can. But time has changed every company has understood that providing a work-friendly environment to their employee boosts their work speed by about 2 times. So you need to give more concern to the workstation while designing your office space. 1. Choose the workstation type:

6. Let employees customize their desk
Work station interior design is done for your employee satisfaction. You are the boss, you have every right to select everything on your office workstation. But you should give the freedom every employee to customize his desk will be best because we see often that employee complains about desk facility.
7. Technology requirements
While you are designing an office workstation, you should have a proper idea about technology requirements. You must have to provide a CPU, monitor, and other components of a computer to every desk in a workstation, or you can go with high-quality super-fast laptops. Try to assign a printer to every team. Provide every worker with official sim cards or mobile for communication with higher management. Arrange the cable so smartly that it won’t bother your employee.
8. Proper Caffeine and snacks
While your workers work office about 8-10 hours frequently, your worker might feel exhausted. But a cup of tea or coffee can boost up their energy. Try to put a coffee machine in one corner of your workstation so that they can have tea or coffee when they need it. Arrange some snacks for every employee at noon; because at noon everybody feels hungry, as an employee, I know that a hungry mind does not generate productive ideas.
