Job Title: Architect / Interior Architect

Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Interior Architecture
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years
- Applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
- Design/Printing/Publishing
- Interior Design
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
- Draft the drawings as required
- Rich design experience with sufficient knowledge of raw materials used
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
- Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues
- Attend meetings and design presentations with clients, if required
Professional Skills Required:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion 3D Rendering
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max (advantageous)
